Cancellation and Refund Policy

An order cannot be cancelled once placed. Aamrai will only replace
the order if proof is provided by the customer that the shipment was

Fruit weight is always measured at harvest. 15-20% weight loss can occur due to moisture loss while ripening.

Delivery Charges

• Pickup from Mumbai store: Rs 0 per box. Please call 9167999411/12/13 to check availability and book pick-up.
• Mumbai city (within toll naka limits): Rs 100 per box
• Mumbai suburban/Pune/Nashik/Aurangabad/Kolhapur/Solapur: Rs 200 per box 
• ROI (Rest of India): Rs 500 per box
